ARCHITECTURAL CONCERNS:
This includes sprinklers, any landscaping issues such as plants or tree trimming, gate replacement, awnings, lighting, security doors, windows. Any exterior change must be approved before any changes are made. If the improvement is not within HOA guidelines, the homeowner will be asked to remove or make a change. BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE & MINUTES:
The Board meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm.

Please notify 48 hrs prior to the meeting so seating can be arranged.

COMMUNITY EVENTS:
Community Events are posted in bulletin boards adjacent to each mailbox.   There is a yearly general meeting, the first Saturday of April, a community yard sale, the first Saturday of November and community picnics which are scheduled a month prior to the event.
