The Christmas Party is usually scheduled for
the first Saturday in December.

Financial Report: Most of our homeowners remembered that the fees have risen to $120
per month. Mary demonstrated to us how smart phones can be used for recording
votes in an election. This would allow
people who have this type of phone to vote electronically. The cost is estimated at $10 per home. Of course, people who do not have these
phones or do not wish to vote by phone will be given paper ballots to fill out.

Pool resurfacing: It has
been 10 years since the pool has been resurfaced.
