Treasurer; Randy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pence, Architectural Committee Co-chairman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Call to Order: <\/strong>Jean called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Minutes: <\/strong>Minutes of the November Board Meeting were accepted via email on November 13,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Old Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Diane Welch volunteered to be in charge of lighting luminarias at 5:30 p.m. Christmas Eve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Update on the signs on Tierra Buena: Pauly moved for Jean to purchase a total of 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">signposts and 16 \u201cNo Parking\u201d signs identical to those posted at the entrance to Las<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meridas to be installed by the electrical box on Tierra Buena and evenly spaced adjacent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">to the sidewalk on the south side of Tierra Buena. Diane seconded. The motion passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. The Board\u2019s consensus concerning Lot 70\u2019s parking situation is to allow the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">homeowner\u2019s visitor to park on the street through December 31, 2020. Effective January<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1, 2021, the visitor\u2019s car is no longer permitted to be parked on the street. The<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">homeowner may repetition the Board for a renewed parking permit at that time. Jean<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">does not agree with this decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Discussion of third vehicles parking on the street in front of lots 92 and 98 on 4th Drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both situations are in compliance with the CC&amp;Rs and are permitted by the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Painting Update: Danny has painted the out-of-compliance gutter and will paint the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">fence adjacent to the Pool Park as soon as possible. This common property painting will<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">come out of Tamarac\u2019s operating expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. The Volunteer Community Cleanup at the Pool Park and mailboxes November 14 was a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">success with good community involvement. The Board agreed the situation with a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">resident\u2019s overgrown vines and common area\u2019s overgrown trees got out of hand. The<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">landscapers should deal with such issues on a more regular basis, and the Board needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">to be aware of such overgrowth issues as they develop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. The Holiday Party was cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Broken Limb will be removing dead trees on December 10 for an estimated $2,500. The<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">cost of trimming the large tree between lots 118 and 119 will be covered by the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">homeowners. Gravel replenishment will begin in January. Replanting will begin in February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Need to replace Bill Durham for sprinkler repair as soon as possible. Jean will send an<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">email blast. The need will also be posted on NextDoor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10. Stu is researching patterns in sprinkler repair costs. He believes we have enough in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">reserves to cap HOA dues at $120\/month for a few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Financial Report (Randy V).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adjourn: <\/strong>Pauly moved to adjourn. Diane seconded.
