Tamarac at Moon Valley HOA Board Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MINUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attending:<\/strong> Jean Long, President; Diane Welch, Vice President; Judy Gardner, Secretary; Stu Smith, Treasurer; Randy Vinson, Asst. Treasurer\/Administrator; Kathy Strasser.  Guests:  Claudine Rosetti and Mike Sieckmeyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Call to Order:  <\/strong>7:03 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minutes of the April Board meeting were reviewed.  Stu moved to accept the minutes, Diane seconded and all approved.  The current slate of officers was  voted on and unanimously approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Old Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1.  Tree Update:  <\/strong>Stu reported that the last 2 trees that were scheduled to be removed were completed at a cost of $1725, which was pre-approved.<\/li>
  2. Sprinklers \u2013 <\/strong>YTD  3 lots have >$500 in repairs; 2 lots >$300; 3 lots >$200 and 7 timer boxes were replaced.<\/li>
  3. Parking regulation update: <\/strong>(violations on 15822 N. 6th<\/sup> Dr. was moved to Executive Session.)  Jean reported that we need a new parking monitor to take over the job from Bill Goshert who can no longer act in this role due to health issues.   The board thanks Bill for 10 years of monitoring parking in Tamarac and wishes him a speedy recovery.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Jean will send a notice to HOA members asking for a volunteer(s)  to take over the parking monitoring role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
